Shipping Policy

Smartair products are made to order and dispatched once manufacture is complete.

Delivery Area
We currently deliver to mainland UK only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland.

For certain remote areas, a separate delivery quote may be required.

Delivery Charges
Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £150.

If your delivery location requires special routing or falls outside our standard mainland delivery area, we reserve the right to provide a separate delivery quotation before accepting the order.

Lead Times
Estimated lead time is 8–10 weeks from order confirmation, subject to production scheduling.

As all products are made to order, delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

Delivery Method
Delivery is threshold only. Products are not brought inside, installed, or positioned in the property as part of the delivery service.

The customer is responsible for ensuring there is suitable access to the delivery address and sufficient space to receive the goods safely.

The customer is also responsible for checking that all access dimensions, doorways, hallways, stairwells, and any other relevant routes are suitable before placing an order.

Unloading Requirements
Due to the size and bulk of the larger units, the customer must ensure that a sufficient number of fit and able-bodied adults are available to safely receive and unload the goods at delivery.

For the following products, this will normally mean at least 3 able-bodied adults:

  • Smartair AC Wardrobe
  • Smartair Bookcase Cabinet
  • Smartair Tall Wardrobe

The Smartair Cove Low AC Cover can be delivered and handled by one person.

If safe unloading is not possible on arrival, delivery may need to be aborted and additional redelivery, storage, or carrier charges may apply.

Missed Delivery / Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the goods, suitable access has not been provided, or the required unloading assistance is not available, we reserve the right to charge any reasonable redelivery, storage, or additional carrier costs before rearranging delivery.
